BENEFITS of MEMBERSHIP

Any individual who is or has been, or employed by a firm or corporation in the business of building or rebuilding residential, commercial or industrial structures, or in land development. When applicable, holds or is the representative of a firm or corporation holding a valid Michigan builder’s license.

Any individual who is or has been, or employed by a firm or corporation, engaged in any allied trade, industry or profession within the territorial jurisdiction of this association. When applicable, holds or is the representative of a firm or corporation holding an appropriate Michigan license.

Any individual who is an employee of a firm represented by a Builder or Associate Member of the HBALC .
